Ok, I seem to have a solution:

lib/maxupload.js line 279 change:

Code
this.xhr.setRequestHeader("X-File-Name",file.name);

to

Code
this.xhr.setRequestHeader("X-File-Name", encodeURIComponent(file.name));

Then, in

lib/upload-ffmpeg.php

replace line 104 from

Code
$fileName = $headers['X-File-Name'];
to

Code
$fileName = urldecode($headers['X-File-Name']);

line 144 changed from:

Code
$fileName= $_FILES['file']['name'];

to

Code
$fileName = urldecode($_FILES['file']['name']);

Tested and working with ั‚ะตัั‚.avi 2

You can aplly the same changes to :

lib/upload.php (if ffmpeg is off it uses this uploader) and also:
lib/upload-mp3.php (for music uploads)
